House District 78 candidates announced | News
A new candidate is in the running and another seeking re-election for Richland County's House District 78.
According to a news release, Representative Joan Brady is seeking her fourth term in the house seat.
Brady is one of only 16 women serving in the South Carolina general assembly.
Beth Bernstein is a Columbia attorney who grew up in Richland County and attended district two schools.
House District 78 represents the City of Forest Acres, Arcadia Lakes, the Woodlands and Wildewood in northeast Richland County.
